I found the customer service experience to be average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I was disappointed with the lack of variety in their product selection. The purchasing process was smooth, and I received my order in a timely manner. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of product range and potential expansion of customer support areas.
