I'm extremely disappointed in New Life staffs abil...

I'm extremely disappointed in New Life staffs ability to display professionalism. Especially by a staff member that goes by the name of Ben. He carries himself and speaks in a way that is not benefitting of his position as a first impression of the establishment that you are running. He should be tucked away somewhere he would not be able to interact with possible residents. He was extremely rude, did not seem to care, disorganized, and it almost seemed as though he was joking around about the situation my friend was in. It was a mistake to try and help my friend get a bed at this establishment. If you are looking for a temporary residence, look elsewhere. This place was ridiculous.
