Definitely a stepping stone for the recruiters working for the company. They could care less. I'm assuming they only work in HR until a better opportunity presents itself to them. Spresime Bekteshi, Jessica Russolese and Erin McGeever are the MOST useless recruiters I've ever dealt with. Those mentioned couldn't put in any less effort in if they tried. Look up Aerotek staffing or National recruiting group. They are honestly not much better, but they at least have SOME recruiters in there who do their job.
*Note it's reported that this company has candidates sign into Google and wrote a positive review for them right after the interview. Sounds "ethical."
