I went into Mobility Credit Union Irving location to open a safety box after I came to know that the local Capital One bank was relocating. The first time I went in a few weeks ago, the banker was very professional. She couldn t open a safety box that day. She politely apologized and informed me that their systems were down. She asked me to come back and check another day.

So, I went again yesterday 9/11/19 around 4 to open an account and a safety box. There were hardly any customers and it was mostly bank staff. The teller looked clueless and uninterested. It almost felt like she did not care at all. She said something about informing 'them' that I am requesting assistance and asked me to take a seat.
I noticed bank staff was beginning to leave for the day one after the other right around 4:15. So after waiting for about 30 mins I went up to the teller and asked if it was going to take much longer. Her response was -'Honestly, the only officer available is working on some loan over the phone and it could take at least more than 30 mins. Why don t you take an appointment for another day?'

Well, did it not occur to you to mention that the moment I walked in or during the time while I was waiting? Have you no respect for other people's time or have you not received adequate training on how to handle customers? Why advertise false timings on google (9AM - 6 PM) when most your staff are gone much before 5? Anyways, I have choice of who I bank with and if you have no respect for my time, I do not think you deserve my business.
