they guaranteed overnight shipping of my tickets. I bought them on Thursday and by the time of my event rolled around (Sunday) they still hadn't arrived. I had to wait on hold for 30-40 minutes for a representative. To their credit, they were able to email me the tickets, but I don't know why they couldn't have just done that to begin with instead of mailing physical tickets - would have saved me a lot of time and panic
