Buyer beware. Spoke to them regarding lease on Acura ILX. Informed me that fine print on Acura website states down payment needs to include TT&L in down payment to get to advertised price. This is lie. Taxes are a part of the monthly note on a lease not paid at lease signing. You pay taxes on the monthly note amount NOT on the purchase price of the vehicle.

Fine print:
Includes down payment with no security deposit. Excludes taxes, titles and either dealer fees or documentary service fee. For well-qualified lessees.
