Exceptional customer service. My husband got in a horrible accident in January. Totaled loss, unfortunately. However the people at john eagle really helped us out. The process was smooth. We didnt feel like they were trying to get over on us.

Even after purchasing, taking the car for service has been great. The customer service is so great. they really go above and beyond to.make sure their customers are well taken care of. I took my 5 year old with me to get an oil change and he was extremely happy to see free cookies and the popcorn machine.
