Fluid Motor Union is a great shop. Very accommodating and reasonable. I have been coming here as a customer for 5 years. As a retail customer, they treat me the same as from the day I first stepped foot into their shop. They treat you as one of them, they are on your side, they are dedicated to making sure you are satisfied from the front desk to the last wrench that touches your car. OJ is an amazing tech, he is a straight shooter, very personable and tells you how it is, he will not waste your time and is dedicated to his staff and customers. Marilyn will also tell you what you need to know to get you back on your road, as a Mom she takes her job very seriously and treats you as her own! Always looking out for you. I applaud this shop for being close to my house and I will always remember when they started with M3's, now as I bring my cars there, they have Porsches, Lamborghinis and Aston Martins, customers drop off their cars from all over the country. I am privileged to have these guys continue to service my cars, recently I almost made a $35K mistake thanks to the team at FMU they had me in and out for a PPI within no time, telling me exactly what I needed to know and saving me from a disaster.
