Our new furnace/AC units were installed today by Jake and Billy. These two young men were so courteous and polite from the moment they arrived at our home until the job was completed. The old equipment was removed and the new was installed in a matter of a few hours. They programmed the wireless thermostat and showed us how to use it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, beginning with Bill Clark, our salesperson, to Jake and Billy, our technicians.
