My family and I have been seeing Larry Grine at Virginia Therapy & Fitness Center for several years for various spine issues. His dry needling therapy brings great relief, as does deep tissue massage from Imii Sarkozi. Additionally, the aquatic treadmill has been a game changer for me, as I have not been able to exercise the way I would like due to compression on my spine. Once I enter the glass enclosed treadmill, I push a button for the water to fill up to my shoulders and then the treadmill starts. I am now running 3 miles without pain and feel fabulous! This machine is changing my life!
