Dirty, run down moldy. It's one Saving Grace is that it has very good instructors for work out classes. That is the only reason I stay put but I go in do my class and get out ASAP I am sure you can get Legionnaires disease from their air conditioning system and don't even think of touching the walls or bumping into the cracked mirrors on the walls!
