Today, we took delivery on our leather Flexsteel chair/ottoman and loveseat that Karen Dellinger helped us with. WE LOVE IT!

Our Home Delivery Services fellows were great. They showed up within the delivery timeframe window we were given, did a great job of unpacking, placing the pieces for us, gave us a tip on what products to use to clean/condition the leather, and cleaned up/removed the packing materials.

The order-to-delivery timeframe was equal to what local furniture stores quoted us. Not only are we very pleased with all of the assistance that Karen gave us (as on-line customers) and our delivery/set-up experience....we saved a bunch of $$. Woo-hoo!
