I have been a customer of Citi Business Intelligence for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they have some useful features and tools, their customer support has been lacking. It takes a long time to get a response from them, and sometimes they don't provide helpful solutions to the issues I encounter. Overall, I would rate them as just average.
