For years my family at least 3 generations have shopped at John Lewis, knowing there re customer service and two year warranty has always been reassurance of purchasing from them!
I m now Absolutely disgusted with the customer service after buying a product!! I purchased an iPhone for my daughter just over a year ago.
The speaker has gone on a brand-new phone and they refuse to repair it or except the warranty.
My 15-year-old daughter lost her receipt however we have a bank statement timed and dated for the exact amount of purchase.
We will continue to fight this as it s unfair and leaving my water upset and devastated.
