I debated on if I should even leave a review at al...

I debated on if I should even leave a review at all honestly because I really have nothing positive to say here but I decided to review anyways.
I made an appointment for 9am and upon dropping my truck off I was given an estimated time of 4-5 hours for an oil change, android auto, and a recalled part to be replaced. They offered me a rental and I accepted because I had other things to do that day, live an hour from this place and couldn't sit there for 4-5 hours waiting.
They called at 1 and said they were half done. I was annoyed but it had only been 4 hours. So I waited....and waited....and waited....It reached 6:30 and I hadn't heard back so I called. No answer. We are sitting at about 9 hours later right now. So I drive there to see what is going on. Oops. Its not going to be ready until SOMETIME TOMORROW MORNING.
At the end of all this...I didn't end up getting a call saying my truck was done until 11 the next morning. A full day after I dropped it off for what they said was going to be a simple 4-5 hour thing.
I doubt I will ever be going back to this place.
Rental did have some Magnum condoms in the glove box, nice touch from them I suppose..."If we don't fix your vehicle on time...you can go...." Well. You get the picture.
