Worst experience, sales and service. First off Nick L. sold me a car that I waited 60 extra days for and then 2 years later found out that he put it under another clients name. I never received any of the updates or safety recalls on the car because they sent it to another client whose name was on my car. When I went in to have my car serviced because my 2 year old car failed inspection, I was told by Anthony, who was nice, but he handed me a number to call myself to change the info on my tittle as the VIN number of my car belonged to someone else. When my car failed the second inspection in 60 day and I called to have my car repaired again, I was told by Melissa the GM & Herb's neice that everything that happened was a lie. My car is an i3 and shouldn't need to be serviced, as its electric. This was my 5th BMW and my last from anything owned by Herb Chambers.
