The front officer was rude, not even a smile and straight look to my eyes. Talking to other officers and smirking, asked 4000 bath for deposit and when checking out the other officer said there are no record or notes about deposit, luckily I kept the printed proof. The room was okay but found a couple of creatures inside. I really do not want to write this but after their treatment when checking out, i feel i must. Stayed for 4 days, TV did not work, turns out after complaining it was unplugged.
It's a Hilton, they should be better.
