I have been a "very" long time customer of iiNet reason being that I don't feel as though I am treated like a number. Recently my circumstances had changed and when I explained this to iiNet they were very helpful and understanding and helped me through things by not cutting or limiting my services.
For me that was a great help and it felt comforting I was talking to people who treated me like a person. Thank you iiNet I appreciate the service and all the help, John.
