Dr. Vanig and Judith Bergman are great! However, I haven t seen my PCP Dr. Vanig in almost a year. Almost every time I get scheduled it s with his partner medical staff.

Kim the receptionist, is the worst! She does not take responsibility for helping the patient. She did not make sure the medications got sent to the correct pharmacy. Instead she said to call the next day and it was well within office hours. Also she is not knowledgeable about what insurances the office accepts. I had to switch my plan during open enrollment and confirm with the doctor s office and she gave me the runaround again! Kim needs to be fired. The staff need better communication between the medical staff, the front office staff, and the lab technicians. I will be looking elsewhere for a PCP. Because after this past year unless I reached out, I felt a bit neglected.
