Two people working the line of about 60 customers....

Two people working the line of about 60 customers. Two separate lines that separated people depending on their destination so made the lines even longer. Would have been much easier making it one line or two lines where we could checkin with any attendant. Could not do self checkin if you have kids because they need to verify their d.o.b . So we had to go wait in the line. Apparently this is done by just asking them for their d.o.b. And because of all this, No signs or anything telling people any of this. It just so happen an attendant was standing around and said NO KIDS IN SELF CHECK IN . Then I had to get out of line to ask someone what the second line was for. So ridiculous. Never again.
