First off...If you know my wife at all...any commission based store/office/etc is not a place she enjoys!! That being said we had done some research and had even called ahead. When we got to the dealership there were several sales people outside so we parked away from the front and just started looking around.
Cody (Bow tie) was the guy I had spoken to on the phone and he came and found us once he was told we were there. He was great!!
One of the first things my wife said to him is that she won t go inside when it comes to the paperwork and negotiating, and he responded quickly with, I ll bring the table out to you and we can sit down right here if that s what it takes! I knew at that moment he was going to be someone we could work with.
Although we had researched and had specific ideas, we completely went a different direction. Cody (Bow tie) was able to respond quickly and helped us pursue other areas. We had even tried another dealership but came back to Cody. We were wanting to be sure and we weren t in a hurry, so we shopped around a bit.
He made the entire experience worthwhile and he even made us feel a bit like family. From start to finish every experience with him was a good one.
The trade-in mangers weren t my favorite as I was completely low balled on the offer for my trade in, but that s a car dealership sadly. We were able to negotiate for a bit and BowTie helped the process as well.
I d return to this dealership for sure if I was able to have my same salesman! Thanks Cody for making our car buying experience a good one!
