The most horrible experience we have ever had at any auto dealership! Darren Russell, the INCOMPETENT & IGNORANT Sales manager was extremely rude, confrontational, insulting, and just all around a total jerk! HE MADE THE POOR NEW SALESBOY SO NERVOUS THAT THE YOUNG MAN WAS SWEATING AND HE TOLD US HE WAS AFRAID OF DARREN, THAT HE MADE HIM EXTREMELY ANXIOUS! WE NOW KNOW WHY! DARREN has absolutely no interest in helping us buy a new car! we were so outraged by his behavior, we told him off, complained to the gm, and walked out! he lost a valuable customer that walked in very happy and excited about buying a new car! this schmuck needs to learn how to treat people! next time, you show people respect darren! shame on you! stay away and buyers beware! he literally told us he didn't care if we bought a car from galles or not! showed him kindness and respect and all we got in return was insults and atrocious behavior! DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT HIS OWN NEW EMPLOYEE NOR POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS! F rating!
