One of the best places to begin your lisbon culinary adventure if you are from out of town.

Layout is a central core of communal tables for customers. These are flanked by food stalls on the perimeter, with juice/beer/bars in the middle. Outside of the central core there are additional bar style seatings for each store that has them as well as some outside restaurants.

These food stalls go through an application process and the end result send to be a very good selection of innovative fusion Portuguese cuisine. They even have a location for port wine tasting in the middle Island as mentioned.

They all open between 10 am - 11 am so you will still need to visit the nearby cafes for breakfast or early brunch.

Definitely worth coming back more than once!
