For the amount of money you pay I would expect much better service and accommodations. We booked a 2 queen room, and received a king and sofa sleeper, and were told they were sold out so we could not recieve the room we booked. The sofa sleeper mattress appears stained from many years of use and creaks if you move an inch. It is loud and extremely uncomfortable. Might as well sleep on the floor.
The front desk service does not care about any complaints. I'm positive the guest next door with an adjoining door to our room has COVID. They have been hacking 24/7 the last 5 days. Nothing gets cleaned, except maybe the towels. I never seen anyone wiping down surfaces, chairs, cabanas. Mask policy is not enforced. Social distancing is not enforced. There are hand prints we noticed the first day we checked in and they are still the elevators 5 days after we have arrived. Oh, and we found food in the bed, peanuts under the bedding. Imagine if you had a nut allergy and recieved that room. Pool is only open from 9am to 9pm. So forget about morning swims or late night hot tubbing. The food isn't bad but I'm lead to believe they are upcharging drink prices because it is near spring break. Whenever we ask what a drink costs they will tell us one price, take our money and come back and say oh sorry it's actually *insert higher price* if your servers don't know drink prices, put it on a menu. Would not stay here again.
