They got a 1 because there is no zero! Long time on hold....older gal in the hospital found out her cat was taken to scraps and when we called they said " the cat has been here over 5 days is up for adoption now, we don't board animals here so whoever picks the cat up and pays 15 dollars gets it" . I explained that this cat was the only friend this elderly lady has and then I asked if the cat was on the adoption page so we could verify and reply " were really busy and the page is very outdated". I asked a huge favor and asked if they could text me a photo (remember lady is hospitalized)......"there is no way we can do that" why I asked..."it's against our policy".
I reminded her that we were trying to save a cats life and a ladies heart and dignity..."sorry, is that all you called about". Yikes. Mission statement GONE!
