Stayed for a 3-day conference held on-site. The hotel is very nice inside, well decorated and comfortable. The food service staff was very very good, some of the best I've seen anywhere. The rooms were average size and had decent decor.

However, there were a number of problems. I was staying on a corporate account, and they asked me for a card for incidentals at the desk, then charged it for $360 accidentally. When I got to my room, I was eager to try out the Plug-In-Panel, advertised on the website and present in the room, that was supposed to allow me to plug a laptop into the TV. It had all the right connections, but didn't function in any way. When I went to the desk, they'd never heard of it. They sent up a maintenance engineer, and he'd never heard of it either, even though it's apparently in every room. He knew literally nothing about even basic A/V connections, and never even came close to getting it working. I wasn't able to get it working on my own, either.

The tub tap dripped constantly. The toilet refused to flush on the first try every time. The shower never got hot and had low pressure. There was a $10/day charge for internet service. Overall, the group services and meeting rooms/food were fantastic, and I'd have rather stayed at a different hotel when I went to sleep each night. The staff was very nice and courteous as they attempted to resolve the various problems I had, but there were simply too many issues for me to give a good review.

Bottom line, if you have a conference scheduled at this property, there are 5 other hotels within walking distance. Stay at one of them instead.
