Service Representative, Russ, was very attentive and thorough. While my 2015 RAV 4 was being serviced, Andre convinced us to trade him our 2015 for a beautiful 2017 XLE RAV4. A few days after I had my 2017, I discovered that the back wiper blade was the incorrect size. When I called Andre he said to bring it in and they would switch it out. Because I live in Snyder, over an hour away, I asked if it could just be shipped to us and we would switch it out. I had the correct sized wiper blade THE NEXT DAY. That is service I am happy to talk about to anyone who asks.
