The return form on the site sometimes has bugs and doesn't work (when you return some products from an order, but not all).
In my review I will focus a lot on the difficulty of the return because it has influenced me the most.
Pro:
1. I use Saturday delivery. I love the professionalism of this courier company.
2. When I gave a low note and made a written complaint, I was contacted directly by the owner of evoMAG to solve the problem and explain the bug we encountered on their site. Very polite.

Cons: this is a bug that is a few months old (at least) and is not mentioned anywhere. At least a note somewhere on the return page with possible problems. Maybe the ones at the call center would have enlightened me about the problem, but I still had a lot of nerves with the return form of the site, having at one point the impression that it was something intended.

Overall it seems like a company with good services, but with which I decided not to have such an ok experience (maybe the bad luck).
