Dave B. showed up and put the situation under control. Pipe burst and flooded the bathroom and down into the basement. We had no water, and it was the day after Christmas. Dave came as soon as he could get here. He was calm and diagnosed the issue, then got straight to addressing the issue. Dave answered all of my questions, and helped me understand the cause and effect of the issue. Thank you, Dave! We really appreciate your help.
