I went to the ER for back & neck pain and I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I had a surgery at Rose Medical Center a few years ago and everything went very well. Rose has always been my go to hospital, but after last night I will never go there everrrrr again. I felt like I was being interrogated. The ER doctor was extremely rude. He told me that they were short staffed and that they only had one MRI machine available and that they needed that machine open for other patients who really needed an MRI. I ended up leaving and going to Medical Center of Aurora, where I received better care. It was an extremely miserable ride to Medical Center of Aurora, but it was worth it.
