I was registered to attend a conference; booked ah...

I was registered to attend a conference; booked ahead of time only to find out I needed to move next door (Double Tree) due to Sheraton DFW Airport being overbooked. Today, I found out I was only booked for one night at Double Tree. The Sheraton DFW Airport staff did not explain this to me and to think my 3-night stay was pre-paid! Now Sheraton is asking if I want to go back and check-in, move all my stuff, and go through the check-in process again? What kind of customer service is this? Poor business practice here!
