Last week s Best Banks in America Super Conference truly exceeded my expectations! Roxanne was excellent! She was engaging, interesting, thought-provoking and genuine. Her ability to reach the audience through a combination of real-life experiences intertwined with strategies can transform a bank s performance to get extraordinary results. She provided the audience actionable steps to perform at a higher level, both personally as well as professionally. Her book Thank God It s Monday is one of my favorite books of all time!
