I had an issue with a charge that was supposed to be under warranty. My girlfriend had taken my vehicle down for its service so I didn t see the charge until I was reading my receipt later. I spoke with Tabitha in the Service Dept and she was very quick to handle the situation and get me a refund. Bear in mind this is the only issue I ve had in two years of dealing with MJHT. So on the very rare occasion you have an issue, they are quick to resolve it!
