We have spent the weekend at the Sercotel Togumar ...

We have spent the weekend at the Sercotel Togumar in Madrid booking through Weekendesk and although the stay was satisfactory, as our scores indicate, we had a specific problem with a contracted service that was not solved by the staff despite our Reception comment.
Although a "welcome tray" was specifically included in our pack reservation, we didn't find any of that in the room.
Commenting at the reception, they told us that they did not know anything about the subject of any tray and that it would refer to a "welcome detail" consisting of a 500 cc bottle of mineral water and some jelly beans.
I would be grateful if you could clarify this issue, since I feel quite deceived.
