Sam Samo was attentive to my situation and did not push for anything more that what I could work with. I was extremely hesitant to go in person to meet him but appreciated the online resources which made me feel more confident that he could help my situation. Lance Waugh in the Finance Dept. did everything he could to help me as well. I appreciate their effort and was able to leave with a new vehicle. I never received the customer survey email to rate them even after informing the customer relations manager but I hope this is found and credit is given to both of them. Thanks again,
