Desiree Sanchez was the worst attorney I have had the displeasure of working with. She got me emotional the day I came in for a consultation. Then slid me the contract that had my late father's name completely wrong which was offensive since I came into the office explaining how important the spelling was due to my experience with a previous attorney. She refused to answer any of my questions when I would email her. Instead of helping me understand the probate experience she would send me a release of council to sign because she didn't want to answer my questions. Also she basically made me sign everything over to my brother who she was not representing. I recommend you find anyone else or even take your chances representing yourself. I still don't have my fathers ashes and my home is still not closed. She owns a title company as well which is supposedly how I'm supposed to pay her $3500 fee. This whole experience is a nightmare with no end in sight. Currently seeking a malpractice attorney to bring her to justice. If I could give 0 stars I would.
