As with anything one purchases that is "pre-owned", my wife and I knew we were living on borrowed time, when it cam to our AC system. Putting bandaids where needed, got costly. Both monetarily and on our comfort level. One call to Jon Wayne, changed that.

Being a contractor myself, I am always skeptical of hidden charges or empty promises. But honestly, everything I was told, was 100%accurate!

The scheduling coordinator gave me a satisfactory date and time and said I would be contacted 45 minutes ahead of the technicians arrival. In reality, that was almost to the minute! I was met by a courteous, knowledgeable and profession service tech who not only answered my questions as a consumer, but satisfied the contractor side of my inquisitive nature.

In the end, my wife and I chose to have them change out our entire system. It will be a bit more than I really wanted to spend. But the warranty, the piece of mind and the honesty of my technician makes any monthly payment seem insignificant compared to my family's comfort.
