Roy helped me find the perfect vehicle after my previous car was totaled in an accident. He listened to what I was looking for and knew his stuff so well that I ended up falling in love with and buying the first choice he showed me. Only complaints are that upper management needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. I wish the car had a more thorough detailing when I bought it, but otherwise love the car.
