I purchased my Kia Soul from Moritz in Hurst. With the help of Chaz the transaction was seamless and a very great deal. All 3 of their dealerships are above reproach in the way they handle business. The problem started when I took it to their body shop which is part of their Chevrolet dealership in west Ft. Worth. After dropping off the automobile I was told it would be around 2 weeks, 2 weeks later I was told it would be 2 more weeks & the 3rd time I was told 2 more weeks again. I told them I didn't care but just please tell me the TRUTH. A week later on Friday I got a call saying that the car was complete & they were just waiting for the wheels to get back from being refinished. I went out Saturday morning just to check and the wheels were sitting there but there was no front end grill & trim on the car. The middle of next week I was told it was ready after they had replaced the windshield for the 2nd time because it was leaking. When I arrived it had the wrong color pin stripes applied so I left it 2 more days to get that switched. The car looked really nice except I had to spend 2 1/2 hours detailing the interior because of all the body work done with the windshield out. I had run over a curb & had asked them to please check the alignment of the front end, that was not done. When I went out that evening to go to the store I couldn't even drive it not because the headlights only a luminated about 20' in front of the car & both headlights were all the way to the left they were one lane over. I have not been able to drive after dark for 2 weeks. At that point I refused to go back to the body shop & the local Hurst store had to repair all of this. To top it off I was taking it over a second time to the Hurst store and the rear roof rack had popped loose and the front one fell completely off the car. My attitude towards Moritz Kia dealerships has not wavered one bit but I could never go back to The Body Shop. Thanks very much to Matt who is the head of the Kia dealerships for his help in trying to resolve this matter. Hoping it ends better than it started. It taught me a great lesson, "drive carefully & don't wreck your new car".
