Nice accommodations, VERY SLOW elevators. Waited 7...

Nice accommodations, VERY SLOW elevators. Waited 7 minutes or more on 2 separate occasions. Management didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I asked why just 2 elevators were running when they had 4 available.
