The bartenders were great, all of them at the beach and pool bar. However, bar tenders at the front bar and snack bar took over 15 minutes to greet/serve us, regularly. The room service staff were nice. The maids were nice and did a nice, however imperfect job. The front desk didn't relay proper orders or instructions to the room service or mini fridge restock staff. Some of the service staff were no where near as friendly or helpful as you'd expect from a 5 star resort though. Management could take several hint complaints and teach their staff to be more customer service oriented, especially considering how much their guests spend to come here. It was nice because it's not -40 Canada weather but I will not recommend unless staffing services improve based on other guests reviews.
