I'd I could give 0 stars I would. Booked our hotel. Got there and they didn't have anything for us. Nothing from tourico. Called several times and got nothing. Was hung up on after 45 mins on hold. They charged my card and we will be getting our money back. Plus they booked us for 2 King beds and the hotel doesn't even offer that. We were tired and done traveling with our 6 kids and ended up just staying where ever we could. I am furious.
