When I called, the automated voice said all lines were busy, but it offered to have a rep call me back if I pressed "1," or "3" if I wanted to stay on the line. I pressed "1." No response. I tried "1" again. No response. The voice repeats the two options, and I press "1" again. No response.
If H.Tel. really would return our calls, we'd be a lot happier. But their elaborate pretense is particularly irksome.
