Why I feel taken advantage of at Toyota of Tampa B...

Why I feel taken advantage of at Toyota of Tampa Bay. I CARRIED in a Toyota battery that had gone bad to get a replacement under the 84 month warranty. All they had to do was check it out to confirm it was bad and give me a replacement. The battery was 3 and a half years old so I would need to pay 50% of the new price under the prorated policy. After waiting 2 hours for a tech and paperwork to be finished they gave me the new battery and the bill. Here is the breakdown of charges.
Battery - $62
Installation - $15
Shop Supplies - $10
Disposal - $1.5
Misc - $10
Total - $97
In short, don't waist your time and money going to get a replacement battery at Toyota of Tampa Bay since they add unnecessary fees to get as much money out of you as possible. There was no installation or shop supplies used, since I carried the battery in and was replacing it on my own.
