My experience was terrible. We used this company last year for our initial loan. They called me and suggested I refinance to save some monthly $. I agreed and the process was not only extremely frustrating but disappointing as well. Not only did they not listen to our concerns or wants, they made discussions on their own that effected our loan and timeline. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
