I am a resident at one of the nursing home and rehabilitation centers that they service. I am in a nursing home and rehabilitation center because I am learning to walk and use fine motor skills. My experience with the med aids so far has been terrible and very poor quality. One of the med aids has been very rude and the other med aid was trying to give me pills that where not even mine. I to this day still question why my roommate was Throwing up on both Occasions when the nurse aid worked. I give two stars because I feel there is no accountability or professionalism. I must say that the CNA s so far have been both courteous and a refreshing brisk Breeze of fresh air.
