Don't let them tell you they'll call back after dealing with a warranty issue, they aren't going to return your call and likely won't acknowledge there's even an issue. Still haven't responded to sump pump and solar panel failure issues. They love their customers, until the purchase of the house is finalized then you're dead to them.
