We had to call for furnace repair twice this past winter. We called a couple places and Holland was the quickest response. My husband and myself would like to let you know your service person who came to our home was informative and did an excellent job. He even provided a follow-up call to make sure everything was good. I believe companies should know when they have a valuable employee. We would like to inform you that we as consumers were very grateful for the service provided by Jeff Pratt.
