I was travelling to Miami and researched a good bike shop close to my hotel in Doral. Everytime the results came back with Mack Cycle and Fitness. I arrived a bit before opening time and the sales staff were curtious enough to walk over to my car and let me know they were open for business. I walked in and was immediatley greeted by welcoming staff mambers. I must give a special thank you to Isabella, she is amazing! I had a budget and not once did she try to over sell me. Got my new cycling kit and related gear selected, my bike fitted and even got my bike boxed up for travelling with me back to my home country. Service is A1 and when I am in Miami again, I will definatley be returning.
