After purchasing a young second-hand Renault, we decided to have our car serviced by this dealer. Our experiences are downright disappointing. Diagnoses are vague, leakage would first come from air conditioning, at the first service it turned out to be oil leakage from the oil cooler, according to the mechanic. In the end it turned out to be the thermostat housing. The right rear wheel and the wiper set have been replaced twice within five months. Statistically, I am more likely to win the Staatsloterij than these components would be worn out in this time frame. You can expect that when using original parts (wipers) these are of better quality. For the MOT the belt must be replaced which would be necessary according to the garage. Again original Renault parts: Checkout!
Furthermore, often 2 days lost the car for repairs that I think can be scheduled. The result is renting a car again. Also bought a my Renault pass: once used the relevant technician did not know where the OBD was to read the electronics (!). In short, the service and expertise (reading and diagnosing costs a lot), waiting unnecessarily long, but also the leniency of both the garage and Renault Netherlands I find sad.
Furthermore, I have been stupid once to bring the Nissan Quaqai from my old father to the Nissan department, here too few possibilities to repair the defective motor of the wiper in this case. You are required to purchase a complete unit.
In short, Dorzo will never be a Renault again. The only star is for the staff because the people who work there are super friendly and the coffee is tasty.
Our experiences with Peugot and later Vakgarage Eigenraam are a lot better and I think Peugot is also a French brand
